“Early detection of prostate cancer has always been a strong public health message, but does this end-up causing more harm than good”? Apparently so, to the treasury coffers on Capital Hill. Notorious for the razor-gang treacherous tactics against the vulnerable men, old and infirm. Whatever it takes to abolish Medicare rebated PSA testing altogether. Having learned hard-way apropos as a result of the fly-by-night operators sabotaged certain bulk-billed blood pathology tests, we know nothing about. Medicare targeted PSA screening in collusion with the Pathology Corporations run blood collection centres. July 20, 2009 edition of The Australian informed its dedicated readers that:
“Private pathology corporations are seeking doctors’ help to mount a mass retreat from bulk-billing. A move expected to land many patients with out-of-pocket costs averaging $40, or up to $100 in some cases, for tests they typically now receive for free”! “Member companies from each of the three big corporations that dominate the pathology market have recently written to doctors who order tests, asking that in future they only ask the laboratory to bulk-bill a patient if the doctor believes the patient to be ‘financially disadvantaged'”. “The Australian has obtained similar letters sent by Gribbles Pathology, part of the Healthscope group, Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology which like Douglass Hanly Moir is part of the Sonic group, plus the Laverty Pathology and QML Pathology, both part of Symbion Pathology”!
Except for the principled Coastal Pathology (the largest independently owned medical testing laboratory on the Sunshine Coast) which announced on Aug 2009: “In recent times, our competitors have made major changes to their billing practices, with variable charging of private fees for pathology services, in contrast to the previous longstanding, widespread practice of bulk-billing for outpatient services. As a medical practitioner, you may (or may not) have received notification of this change. As a patient, you may have received an unexpected bill following a blood test. Rest assured: Coastal Pathology has no plans to follow the path of our competitors. Coastal Pathology will be continuing its policy of directly billing Medicare (bulk-billing) for all outpatient referrals (for Medicare card and DVA card holders)”.
“As you may also be aware, the background to this is the continuing policy of the Federal Government to cut back Medicare rebates for Pathology items, across a wide variety of tests”! Concluded principled Dr Joe Gatto of the Coastal Pathology. Morally differing from another vocal Queenslander Wayne Swan. Prostate cancer survivor, who on 21-03-06 attacked the Cancer Council of Australia chief executive, Professor Alan Coates on SBS’s Insight program by saying that Coates should be removed from his position due to the ignorance by not implementing national screening test for prostate cancer.
Evidently at the time, federal MP from Queensland Mr Swan advocated that men over 40 with a family history of prostate cancer and all men over 50 years should undergo a blood test for prostate-specific antigen (PSA). Emotional Mr Swan even pointed-out at the untimely painful death among many thousands whose cancer went undetected at an early stage. Yet currently as a treasurer on Capital Hill, Mr Swan rather to apply the blowtorch against those whose working-life-taxes nurtured the system in the era of universal deceit … http://www.abc.net.au/catalyst/stories/2702332.htm
Att: Nicola Roxon MP
Minister for Health and Ageing
Parliament House, Canberra ACT 2600
Re: Urging call on Minister for Health to step-in and sort-out PSA tests rebate debacle!
Evidently present day ALP healthcare policy reflected total lack of concern for the disenfranchised men and mature age citizens who for no fault of their own succumbed to the prostate woes. Which started to trouble me over five years ago, as a consequence having to undergo PSA tests on 16-06-04, 06-10-05 and 14-11-07, culminating with the ultrasound scan on 19-12-07. Sadly, I never worked-out how to tackle such a debilitating problem, commonly attributed to the old age.
Yet at times even physically fit sportsmen, parliamentarians like Wayne Swan, or the high profile younger men revealed in public their battle with the prostate cancer, while stressing importance in keeping-up with the regular PSA screening. Naturally, concerned individual such as myself, who having deeply entrenched symptoms, was referred by doctor to undergo further PSA tests on 20-06-08, 13-01-09 and 28-10-09.
Yet following my latest annual check-up, encompassing all-inclusive pathology tests collection on 28-10-09, all-of-a-sudden having received QML Invoice No: 43060749 for the non-rebatable PSA (Ref No: 5922341), Item No: PB265. Listed with the deceitful annotation to the effect that the: “Current Medicare parameters do not allow a rebate for this test”! In other words on me was to pay $42.00 by the due date 28-11-09. If not for the fact that QML always bulk-billed Medicare on my behalf, and still continues to bill Medicare directly, except for the singled-out PSA test on this occasion. Surprisingly, I never received or having ever noticed any such cautioning info anywhere, concerning Medicare bulk-billing changes, affecting PSA tests rebate.
Clearly flabbergasted, I went on 05-11-09 to (Myer Centre) Medicare Office in Brisbane, just to be told most outrageously that purportedly: “PSA screening charges were never rebated by Medicare”! Even though I declared on having previous PSA tests bulk-billed directly to Medicare, the wilfully ignorant attendant didn’t take notice of my testimony. Only when having asked for the supervisor, she went to return with the U-turn clarification. According to which, persevering citizens ultimately learn to know that: “Medicare rebated a single, annual PSA test”. If not for the fact that such a ruse contradicted my rebated PSA test on 13-01-09, in spite of having previously rebated PSA test on 20-06-08, and likewise earlier rebated PSA test on 14-11-07, undertaken at the six month intervals.
Surprisingly, it wasn’t brought ever to my attention (and many other moral citizens), a vital call for adherence to the rebatable once a year PSA test. Instead the Rudd Government run Medicare rather to fleece disenfranchised men willy-nilly, extorting particularly senior citizens on the false pretences. Absolutely by stealth in premeditated fraud style, hell-bent to plunder thousands, possibly millions of dollars. Courtesy of the devious evildoers, gripped by the insatiable capitalism mania. Ultimately jeopardising PSA screening to the detriment disenfranchised men, such as myself. Who couldn’t recall off-hand prior PSA test dates, especially when not being told to adhere precisely to a single annual test. Ultimately having to learn the hard-way apropos. Otherwise I have no qualms in regard of the single annual rebate for the routine PSA screening. So long, one being told apropos. It’s just a commonsense notion to be well informed by the government in the authentic democracy.
However in my case (reflecting thousands, possible millions duped citizens), I was never informed about it. So as a consequence having undertaken 11 weeks prematurely my latest PSA test. Actually, I wasn’t even told by my GP about the ordered PSA test, in fact included within the general bundle of the annual pathology tests. Only subsequently, when I saw my GP on 09-11-09, he clarified to me that the decision came as a result of the ultrasound scan report (belatedly handed by me to doctor). Very timely indeed to detect rapidly doubling PSA figures. Consequently I was told by my GP to undergo next PSA test in six months (doctor’s reminder will be send to me).
Yet just imagine when I presented my GP’s letter to the Medicare supervisor Louise on 10-11-09, she disregarded off-hand qualified doctor’s opinion: “Mr Braun was required to do a PSA assessment earlier than 1 year from the last PSA test as a necessary clinical follow-up to an abnormal finding on a recent U/S scan of the genito-urinary tract”. Actually, Ms Louise insinuated at one stage that extra rebates were previously granted, subject to doctor’s request for the essential PSA test. Yet about face she persisted in turn to delude me: “Medicare policy in regard of the PSA test rebates never changed”. According to which: “Only prostate cancer diagnosed patients to receive up to four rebates per annum for PSA tests”!
Although, when I logically asked her: How such a clinical diagnosis can be achieved in the first place, without undertaking the most elementary PSA tests? She lashed back: “I’m not medically qualified to respond in regard”. What a devious cop-out, when apparently was widely known already that: “Early detection of aggressive prostate cancer through PSA testing may allow the disease to be treated early enough, and as such it can be cured. In fact, PSA levels may be elevated 5-10 years before prostate cancer produces any symptoms. Early detection may also reduce the risk of complications due to the treatment of the prostate, or of the disease itself. This in turn will lead to improved quality of life for men”!
Sadly, deviously indoctrinated Medicare supervisor, empowered to browbeat humble men, wouldn’t care what a virtual medical centre.com offered online. Even what medicare australia.gov stated about the rebatable PSA screening changes. Which as a curtsey gesture should have been clearly conveyed to all previously PSA tested men. Who expected duty of care from the Rudd Government run Medicare, yet instead its hostile supervisor Louise went ballistic to throw at me that purportedly: it was on me to ascertain each time GP ordered pathology tests, if any of these intricately termed individual tests (often indecipherable) were no longer bulk-billed. Or else to cop the consequences of the prima-facie extortion. Because, according to Ms Louise, there was nothing in the Act to preclude the pathology service providers from changing billing practices willy-nilly, and thus ambush duped citizens of the smart state.
Obviously without any prior notice as norm! Analogous to the removal “No Limit Parking” sign (along with its post) by the city council, whose inspectors to book in turn unwary motorists. Just as in “good old days”, when often invoked “the ignorance is not an excuse” motto, used to muzzle ripped-off motorists. Conceivably Ms Louise went to same finishing school to insist furthermore that the healthcare providers conglomerate, encompassing general practitioners and medical specialists could alter willy-nilly their billing practices without any prior notice to the bulk-billing patients. Who on the way out to discover that instead of the usual signing on the doted line, all-of-a-sudden being compelled to pay. Uttered provocative Ms Louise forty minutes down the track of the incessant bully tactics.
Executed with impunity, still having chutzpah to point-out under reverse psychology ploy, that I could complain to minister. Seconded by QML, virtual monopoly of the smart state! Infamous apparently for its Call Centre, staffed by the deviously indoctrinated operatives. Who acted in unison with the trial by ordeal norms. Undoubtedly smart state usurped citizens (akin to others in the lucky country) would be stun to discover that the Rudd Government entrusted institutions with the pathology tests execution as an integral part in the healthcare delivery, colluded with the Medicare. Hell-bent to plunder thousands, possibly millions of dollars, courtesy of the devious charlatans modus-operandi. Thus ultimately jeopardising PSA screening to the detriment Aussie men, such as myself. Who first called on 05-11-09, QML account enquiries: 1800 350 046, to no avail.
Just to be told that QML was a private institution in business (to profiteer whatever it takes — without any responsibility to the community) which provided specialist laboratory analysis for me, as per GP’s order. Hence QML expected $42.00 by the due date 28-11-09. If not for the fact that QML always bulk-billed and still continues to bill Medicare directly, except for the singled-out PSA test on this occasion, Item No: PB265. Listed with the deceitful annotation to the effect that the: “Current Medicare parameters do not allow a rebate for this test”! Anyway, significant change occurred to the detriment bulk-billing clients, yet instead of informing those previously PSA tested, QML coerced for payment instead. While deliberately withholding vital information about the rebatable PSA test once a year.
In no time would I ever notice any such cautioning advice display or informative pamphlets be given within the QML Pathology’s collection centre, concerning significant change, affecting Medicare rebate for PSA test. Even courteous QML Pathology’s collection centre staff, when asked about the change in PSA test allowance (affecting bulk-billing patients), none had a slightest idea about. “Because they didn’t receive training on the matter in question”, responded Simon to that effect, when I called QML account enquiries on 10-11-09. Contacted crucially to find-out where should be send my GP’s statement. Confirming specific doctor’s request for the warranted PSA test, undertaken earlier than 1 year from the last. As a necessary clinical follow-up to an abnormal finding.
Yet QML Call Centre’s Simon rebuffed immediately off-hand my doctor’s opinion, in a cavalier fashion. While declaring that: “Only prostate cancer diagnosed patients to receive extra rebates (up to four per annum) for PSA tests”! Utterly absurd contention at the time when prostatehealth.org insinuated a bit better: “Men who haven’t been diagnosed with a prostate condition can receive a Medicare rebate for a PSA test only once every 12 months”! Anyway, when Simon was asked: How such a clinical diagnosis can be achieved in the first place, without undergoing the most elementary PSA tests? He diverted on the wild goose chase, thus compelling on me to ask for the supervisor. Only to score yet an another rude, call centre mouthpiece, who very reluctantly gave her (Filia) name. While passing a buck to Mark Ward who she insisted was the right person to address my complaint (in writing).
Finally, sick and tired of a buck being passed around while sustaining terrible ordeal and utter humiliation along the way (accomplished by the ruthless operators who had me for a punching-bag diversion), having finally recaptured in writing the ongoing saga. An eye opener to many, still failing to realise how vulnerable we are. Due to the absence essential Charter of Rights & Obligations in the commandeered nation. One wonders if the Court of Law to uphold the miscarriage of justice? Perpetuated by Medicare and QML, who having a nerve to adhere to the colluded evildoers contention, where a patient being made responsible for doctor’s omission to inform a patient that since the mid 2009, Medicare rebated only a single PSA test annually.
When my doctor who issued his clarification on 09-11-09, still believes that there is a significant difference between the routine annual PSA screening, and the distinctly specific doctor requested PSA test, undertaken earlier than 1 year from the last. As a necessary clinical follow-up to an abnormal finding. Needless to add that Medicare/QML dishonoured rebate for my PSA test on 28-10-09, detected in time rapidly doubling PSA figures. As a result I was told by my GP to undergo the necessary next PSA test in six months (doctor’s reminder will be send to me). Yet according to the Call Centre’s Simon, “QML will not absorb anymore laboratory analysis costs”, what supposedly happened in the past.
Go figure it out … but to me it’s crystal clear that there is no such thing as something for nothing. So at the face value data suggests that QML has been shielding Medicare instigated change to the rebated PSA tests — by lying to the clients that the change emanated from the alleged elimination of the QML subsidy, supposedly discontinued mid 2009. Notwithstanding with that, QML invoice stated that: “Current Medicare parameters do not allow a rebate for this test”! In line with QML’s announcement to doctors: “Important Changes to PSA Ordering”! Spotted on QML’s website: “As of 1 May 2009, the Medicare Benefits Schedule for PSA item numbers has been amended to reflect PSTC recommendations. Please refer to page 7 of our May 2009 newsletter for details”!
Last but not least QML’s Call Centre’s Simon insinuated that any of the numerous blood tests rebated currently, could change all-of-a-sudden without any prior notice. While adding, that I had too good for too long, benefiting from the rebated pathology tests. Fasten your belts duped citizens as according to the Rudd Government set austerities, PSA screening rebates abolition by stealth reflected on the healthcare revolution to come. Where disenfranchised citizens become devoid of any tranquillity within the lifeless existence. Nevermind that your working-life-taxes nurtured the system, meant to take care of you, particularly when you old and infirm! Yet instead even our medical records integrity has been jeopardised. Luckily, I kept pathology tests hard copies!
Possibly some readers of my complaint to point out that: ‘there is no such thing as something for nothing’! So, as an alternative to the “sour grapes” demeanour, on me was to pay unconditionally as compelled $42.00 for the PSA test — if not for the fact that fed govt jellyback spiteful pollies made a career of wallowing on Capital Hill, while sponging taxpayers coffer. Instead of assuring the imperative funds allocation in accordance with the legislated priorities, pledged in succession during elections. No wonder conscientious citizens, such as myself, made a stance against the criminal notion that “might is right”. Hell-bent to tough it out, whatever it takes!
What didn’t bother parliamentarians of the chosen gene-pool, under representative democracy slogans allure. Where since the beginning “us versus them” mentality was sewn. No wonder bewitched hearts swelled with pride: “Our land is the homeland”, gullible Aussies thought. Whereas all other places simply were a foreign land. “We are civilised people”, Labor and Liberal demagogues insisted. The only ones worthy of our nation’s concern; if bombs fall on Iraq, Afghanistan or Gaza, and human rights are violated but it makes chosen lives better, it’s of little concern to us!
So much for the lip service routine, when in fact our elementary human rights were trampled downunder, whilst our basic life necessities being curtailed daily. However insatiable moneychangers paid hefty bonuses to themselves, while the unchecked militarism sapped moreover taxpayers’ dollars. Highly commended in turn by Silvan Shalom, Israel’s Deputy Prime Minister, who reminded 300-plus audience at the exclusive Westin Hotel, that: “Australia is a leader of the free world” … http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/nation/australia-a-leader-of-the-free-world/story-e6frg6nf-1225806771091
Yet paradoxically, Crikey reporter wasn’t allowed to cover the gala, as only Shin Bet accredited journalists were invited to attend an exclusive pedigree Australia Israel Leadership Forum! Hosting a delegation of 30 high-calibre officials from Israel, mostly high-powered and influential Zionist junta hierarchy. Passionately greeted by Kevin Rudd who didn’t miss an opportunity to credit Anzacs with carving Zionist enclave in Palestine. Nevermind expendable lives loss at Gallipoli, as Britain, France, Russia, Italy and Greece connived jointly with Australia and New-Zealand in 1915, to pursue elders of zion cabal … http://antonyloewenstein.com/2009/12/04/rudd-helps-the-middle-east-story-remain-one-sided
Vigilant as to the source of terror ought to focus on the enemy from within!

Re: Complaint against the QML’s maladministration, ref: 2009/16901
Dear Investigator
Your prompt response dated 19-11-09, has been appreciated, apart from the scandalous omission to inform me that the integral part of my complaint (accentuating QML’s maladministration) actually falls within the jurisdiction of your Office. As a result I would expect thorough investigation of the brutal fraud perpetrators who subjected me to the dreadful ordeal (experienced possibly by many others). Following collection of my blood, urine and faecal specimens by the QML Pathology on 28-10-09, for the all-inclusive, annual bundle of tests:
ESR
Examination of Urine
Serum Vitamin D Study
Cumulative Fertility Hormones
Cumulative Serum Biochemistry
Cumulative Thyroid Function Test
Cumulative Full Blood Examination
Examination for Faecal Haemoglobin
Cumulative Prostatic Specific Antigen
Expected to be bulk-billed as norm, yet instead having received QML Invoice No: 43060749 for the “non-rebatable” PSA test (Ref No: 5922341). Apparently issued with the deceitful annotation (Item No: PB265) to the effect that the: “Current Medicare parameters do not allow a rebate for this test”! In other words on me was to pay $42.00 by the due date 28-11-09. If not for the fact that QML always bulk-billed Medicare on my behalf, and still continues to bill Medicare directly, except for the singled-out PSA test on this occasion.
Surprisingly, I never received or having noticed beforehand any such cautioning info anywhere, concerning QML changes to the bulk-billing practice. Affecting PSA tests rebate and targeted other blood tests, we know nothing about. Yeah, significant change took effect to the detriment 87% of the bulk-billing public, yet as an alternative to inform in time those previously PSA tested, QML coerced for payment instead. While deliberately withholding vital information about the rebatable PSA test, once a year. What came into effect mid 2009, unknowingly to many.
Including conscientious citizen, such as myself. Who have no qualms in regard of the single annual rebate for the routine PSA screening. So long, one being told apropos. It’s just a commonsense notion to be informed by the healthcare providers on the policy changes in democratic system. Applicable for the QML Pathology, courtesy of which was collected my previous blood specimen on 13-01-09 for rebatable PSA test, in spite of having previously rebated PSA test on 20-06-08, and likewise earlier rebated PSA test on 14-11-07, undertaken at the six month intervals.
However deviously indoctrinated QML’s Call Centre operatives denied categorically any change to take place (as a result of which I was ambushed with the extortion). Apart from insinuating that QML used to absorb the cost of the supplementary PSA tests in the past. What supposedly was discontinued since the mid 2009. Yet about face, QML invoice actually stated that: “Current Medicare parameters do not allow a rebate for this test”!
Finally when confronted with facts, QML’s Call Centre coached pathological liars changed tact to insist that purportedly it was on the commandeered doctors to inform their patients (on the need to know basis) about the QML’s billing make-up for PSA tests. What a chutzpah in extreme, because July 20, 2009 edition of The Australian informed its dedicated readers that: “Private pathology corporations are seeking doctors’ help to mount a mass retreat from bulk-billing.
With a single exception of the principled Coastal Pathology (the largest independently owned medical testing laboratory on the Sunshine Coast) which announced on Aug 2009: “In recent times, our competitors have made major changes to their billing practices, with variable charging of private fees for pathology services, in contrast to the previous longstanding, widespread practice of bulk-billing for outpatient services.
Yet currently as a treasurer on Capital Hill, Mr Swan rather to apply the blowtorch within razor-gang-tactics against the old and infirm, whose working-life-taxes nurtured the system in the era of universal deceit. No wonder Ms Nicola Roxon MP, Minister for Health and Ageing procrastinated to save at least 30 lives a week, once having implemented bowel cancer screening for all people over 50. Instead having disingenuously launched prostate cancer awareness month on 01-09-09. As a “perfect time to remind men with symptoms or a family history of prostate cancer to discuss any concerns they may have with their doctor. Because prostate cancer has been the most commonly diagnosed internal cancer in Australia, with over 16000 men diagnosed and close to 3000 deaths each year”!
So much for the lip service routine by Ms Roxon who cut cataract surgery rebate in half, while propping-up private health funds, at the taxpayers expense. Due to the absence essential Charter of Rights & Obligations in the usurped nation. Where Minister for Health hypocritically canvassed concern for the prostate cancer manifestly failed to mention so imperative factor of the annual rebate for the routine PSA screening. Revealed only on the need to know basis by the Medicare and QML’s supervisors. Infamous for the assertively coached traits, eager to exercise their sadism reflexes. An eye opener to many, still failing to realise how vulnerable we are. Evidently, as an increasingly conniving culture of pathological deceit, brutal coercion and fascist intimidation tactics signified downfall of democracy.
What brings to mind Ms Roxon’s mentor, previously served as a senior bureaucrat in the Wayne Goss Government, since the late 1989. “He was not known as Dr Death for nothing”! Prior to taking a plunge on the federal arena and becoming Queensland’s MP in 1994. Mark Latham kept him at arms length before being stabbed in the back, leading to the 2004 election. Finally as ALP leader, silver tongued Kevin Rudd made a significant pledge to fix the smart state dilapidated healthcare by the mid 2009, once being elected by the people in 2007. To no avail, only to be duped again in succession, whilst the federal and state rulers outperformed each other to pound on their chest within the vocal gestures of assurance that people’s interest was in their heart. Yet those seeking medical specialist consultations, queued in droves for donkey years. Ultimately to be send back to the referring GP, commandeered to justify the reissue of the referral, subject to the “clinical assessment”. Hardly provided by the “specialists”, who often happen to be novice doctors.
No wonder conscientious citizen, such as myself, who queued patiently for the four years within an attempt to score ENT doctor’s consultation at Royal Brisbane Hospital, complained on 07-01-09 to the Senior Liaison Officer. Only to be rebuffed within the 06-02-09 dated reply by the Senior Liaison Officer. Having outrageous chutzpah to argue that: “some patients have been on the waiting list for up to 10 years”! Warranting dispatch seven page eye opener apropos systemic decadence, addressed to the Accountable Officer (hand delivered on 01-03-09 to the Division of Critical Care). Absolutely in vain, as no reply was ever received from the “Accountable Officer”, Specialist Outpatient Services. Neither having attained the elementary ENT doctor’s consultation up to date.
What didn’t bother parliamentarians of the chosen gene-pool, under representative democracy slogans allure. Whilst the usurped citizens in the Ghetto Australis were driven always into unthinking conformity for a sole purpose to deflect focus from the actual evildoers totalitarian ideology consequences. Celebrated annually by the upper echelons of power on the Jewish New Year (Rosh ha Shana). Camouflaged in the smart state by the “River Fire” extravaganza, at the taxpayers expense. Mainstream media was actually inundated this year, concerning taxpayers footed bill of $700,000, for 18-day junket tour to 10 African countries by the high profile Queenslander Ms Quentin Bryce. Essentially exploiting GG position to bewitch African rulers and gain support for Australia’s bid to secure a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council. Nevermind the incurred cost to the fleeced taxpayers, whatever it takes to assure Israel’s junta glorious victory over dead bodies.
No wonder, just days before 24-11-07 federal election, “Rudd addressed Jewish leaders, this time at a private function hosted by Albert Dadon (publisher of Rhapsody and the founder chair of AICE). As the Labor leader, who was still leading Howard in all the major polls, went several steps further by saying that his support for Israel was: ‘In My DNA'”! The following weekend, Rudd’s Labor Party swept the Coalition out of office after 11 years of conservative rule. Where none ever was able to run for political office, unless subscribed to the taboo for discussion ethos. Where clannish inhabitants in the insular communes were indoctrinated (not unlike the exclusive brethren) as supposedly being descendants of the wandering Jew tribes. Who find no rest outside the native land, their ancestors were expelled from. Hence they followed zionist teachings as perpetual wanderers in a quest of aliyah to eretz Israel.
Apparently with the blessing of the fully fanged Labor icons like the extremely prejudiced Michael Danby MP. Who kept ALP members of parliament compliant with the zionist ethos, hell-bent to surpass his counterparts precedent, whatever it takes. No wonder ill-conditioned folks in the insular communes ignored principal allegiance to Oz, while this awesome land of plenty was exploited as a surrogate incubator by the countless organisations. Whose core objective has been always aliyah to eretz Israel. Idealised as the highest aspiration of the tzioni Jew to achieve by abandoning Australian diaspora = exile = galut = galus. Where in this context the raison detre of the tzioni (patriotic) Jews is to support unconditionally rogue regime in Israel, through the sponsored junket tours, biased education, fierce propaganda, geared-up pogroms of the “self-hating” Jews, financial contributions and obviously continuous migration.
Thus commandeered tzioni communes in diaspora became a “legitimate embodiment” of the Jewish people. Whilst the average unaffiliated or independent Jews being shunned as norm, not mentioning our targeted conscientious objectors (such as myself), blacklisted for life on unemployable’s heap. Written off, as the self-hating Jew outcasts. How else staunch zionists to enforce blind-leading-blind flock’s adherence? Where role model citizens like Mark Latham have always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.
Ironically, Australia has been symbolised as a liberal, egalitarian society. Thriving democracy downunder, where newcomers are given a fair go, because Aussies backed the underdog and cherished mateship values. Where most people didn’t care what one’s religion or race was, unless one happen to be unaffiliated or independent Jew, morally differing from the zionist canon. Encompassing scores of Israeli refuseniks who renounced bloody slaughter and made Australia home. Only to face thought police impaired internet communication and mainstream media role. Onset by the internet filter as a prototype to the multi-billion dollars broadband conquest, at the massive cost to taxpayers. Nevermind that a meagre uptake expected to bleed treasury coffers.
In fact federal and state governments failed to bridge digital divide in the community, where many forsaken folks lacked even basic access to the internet. Not mentioning public housing, branded as a social housing in turn. Whatever it takes to abrogate people’s basic necessities within the lifeless existence. As many Queenslanders endured indefinite queues to access crucial healthcare, in spite of the successive assurances by the pathological liars on the parliamentary payroll. Naturally, people wanted to be happy and hopeful, no wonder for the endemic denial, especially during elections. Where to believe that a bogus change-selling politician to overturn status quo, is the epitome of self-delusion and false hope.
As much rated sadly, working-class futile anticipation to envisage that the toothless watchdog to threaten pathology corporations modus-operandi. Conspired tribally to defraud gullible Aussies (disenfranchised by the treacherous jellyback spiteful pollies). What evidently was brought to the attention of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (sadly lacking proactive and gutsy Professor Allan Fels). Reportedly Carol Bennett, executive director of the Consumers Health Forum, called on the ACCC watchdog to intervene while making valid observation: “it was very strange that the pathology providers have all chosen coincidentally to write to GPs … crying poor and urging doctors to review their bulk-billing practices”. To the detriment enslaved citizenry in the Ghetto Australis!
Leo, your mastery of the use of adjectives has totally swamped your point(s). I probably agree with you, but I’m not entirely sure because I only read some of your dialogue. It became quite an exercise in patience when I reached the 25% stage. I wonder if you would mind making one sentence of it all for simple people like me.
To recapture chain of events while being besieged since my stance taken against the extorted PSA test fee and consequently endured bully-tactics by the untouchables, one mustn’t fail to point out that there is no one to turn to, for the disenfranchised citizens in the Ghetto Australis. Evidently these identical “democracy ethos” were imposed manifestly on the subjugated people worldwide. Thus no discerning progress could be made for the humanity sake! Never-mind that I awaited in vain since the late 2004 for ENT doctor’s appointment, as sadistic career bureaucrats had a moreover chutzpah to request the clinical diagnosis from GP, to justify an access to the “specialist”, who hardly provided diagnosis.
So much for the incessantly sabotaged access to the basic life necessities, as Public Housing awaited likewise by me since 27-09-02, became suddenly amalgamated under “Social Housing” administration, as an excuse to save the running costs. Yet a short while later, disenfranchised citizens such as myself, faced their fascist decree: “You are not eligible for long term Social Housing”! According to which legislation? Nobody even sought people’s opinion, under totalitarian regime supremacy. Whose “chosen” jellyback spiteful pollies always maintained parasitic lifestyles at the colossal taxpayers expense! Towards the insane super payouts, “chosen” staff development and just as costly architect stilled, so insanely fanciful, subsidised MacMansions accommodation (besides all other mind-boggling perks).
No wonder for feeling as an inmate in the Ghetto Australis, where Yid physiognomy endowed pollies and bureaucrats practised their sadism reflexes. Having a bloody chutzpah to give me the latest run around via “DSP Review” tactics. Just because of my stance taken for the better Australia. Sadly, allopathic medicine practitioners didn’t explore the common denominator in metabolic deficiencies, which possibly contributed to my chronic health problems. Rendering on me to search for the alternative remedies within the herbal and homeopathic medicines, beside the undertaken acupuncture sessions and chiropractor’s manipulations.
Nonetheless, Medibank Health Solutions compelled on me to attend their Job Capacity Assessment on 12-02-10, under “Arbeit Macht Frei” motto (never-mind being blacklisted and thus unemployable since 1995). Amazingly, the next floor below was occupied by the Department of Health and Ageing. Canberra’s headquarters of which, their automatically generated response on 15-11-09, has been portrayed below. Followed alike by the Treasurer on Capital Hill. Besides the other excerpts, depicting toothless watchdog institutions. Run at the significant taxpayers expense, just to maintain the smokescreen apropos “democracy safeguards” in place!

I beg your pardon for stepping on the touchy toes while making stance for the forsaken battlers in Australia.
