This post is for those who do not realise that Yes Minister is more documentary than satire. (Although I have to admit that when I first saw the document below, a briefing paper for a 2004 Australian Health Ministers’ Conference, I wondered if someone was having a lend.)
But you can verify it here. For those who wonder why so little progress has been made on improving equitable access to oral health services, it is quite instructive.
Hopefully those involved in drafting the next national oral health plan will be insisting on much more explicit funding commitments and actions.
