Every week, a different guest tweeter takes charge of Croakey’s rotated, curated Twitter account, @WePublicHealth, and uses the account to cover specific health issues or events.
Last week, the @brain_bootcamp team tweeted about #HealthyAgeing and #SuccessfulAgeing. The team also introduced the Brain Bootcamp initiative, a program that seeks to boost dementia awareness and equip older people with the knowledge and skills to adopt a holistic approach to reducing their dementia risk.

The Brain Bootcamp team also highlighted recent work by @magdazr @AIHI_MQ on workarounds and medication administration practices within aged care facilities, and research on longitudinal trends of antibiotic use in residential aged care.
The team also pointed to an upcoming research project looking at the impact of COVID-19 on older people’s social activities.
