    When you have suffered from depression at one stage of your life, you read about Peace , Joy, and Happiness, and you discover the value of mixing with other humans in a friendly manner; or you practice Meditation in what form suits you , or pray in a what that brings peace to your mind. Be not afraid to ask Professional staff questions if something is bothering you, because it may help you cope in a better manner with yourself
